The Live Advisor Chat and Tracking App lets you see, in real time, the visitors to your website.
Live Advisor shows you what is happening on your site in real time, who is on your site, where they were referred from, how many times they have visited and even where they are.
Whilst browsing your site a visitor can request ‘Live Advice’ and instantly chat, in real time, with you. You can answer their questions and help them through the buying process.
You can even invite them to chat with you, pass documents and push out web pages to support your visitors when they most need it.
NOTE: This app will only function with a valid subscription to the Manheim Live Advisor online chat solution.
